The Simon Residence was completed in Spring 2022. Tucked away in the pines high above Grandby, Colorado, this mountain home was designed for an adventure-loving couple who love skiing and mountain biking. It is located at the Southern end of the Fraser Valley, approximately 20 minutes from Winter Park Ski Resort.
The clients wanted a contemporary look and feel that blended well with the towering pines and expansive views of the Rockies. The home was designed to be highly efficient in energy use and plan. Ease of maintenance was essential to the client and is reflected in thoughtful finishes and detailing to maximize relaxation in their mountain oasis.
